Notes: Away shirt as worn when Chelsea were looking to improve on their 4th place finish in the Premier League in the previous season with Thomas Tuchel taking charge of his first full season with the club following their Champions League triumph. During the season Chelsea could only manage a 3rd place finish in the Premier League, finishing 19 points off top spot, and made it to the quarter finals of the Champions League. They did however win the FIFA Club World Cup for the first time in the clubs history, winning 2-1 in the final.
