Notes - Classic design home shirt as worn for the first time when the club won the 1994-95 FA Cup against Manchester United. In the 1995-96 season the club changed the sponsor from NEC to DANKA and was worn when The Toffees  reached the 2nd Round of the UEFA Cup Winners Cup where they were knocked out by Feyenoord but finished sixth in the league, only just missing out on a UEFA Cup spot
