You may return any item within 14 days of receiving the item in the original condition for store credit or a full refund of the price you paid for the item. Items must be dispatched within 14 days of an advice of return email.

If you’re using your own chosen carrier to return, we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. We recommend sending parcels with a tracked service, making a note of the tracking number.
