Notes - Training jacket as worn by during the period of the 2006 World Cup when the side drew 2-2 with Sweden and Joe Cole scored one of the goals of the tournament. It was also used in Steve McClaren's first game in charge when all looked well with a 4-0 win over Greece at Old Trafford.
